The guy called to give me a heads up and when he got there he was professional and got right to work. Seemed to make sure everything was clean befor putting on the new glass. He took time to make sure I understood how to care for it over next 3 weeks. Wish they could give a am or pm time so you didn't have to wait for a call. Would have a 5 star if they could say a rough time.

Heard back from the body shop the next day letting me know it was a total loss and they promptly took care of everything.
